Refunds
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

Parcel Not Received: If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

Damaged in Transit: If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will be required to provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging.
