Refunds

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

  • Parcel Not Received: If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will be required to provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging.

Important Notes

  • All claims must be submitted in writing to our customer service team at info@byashleighnailsystems.com within the timeframes stated.

  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
