  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


🚚 Shipping Options & Rates

  • We offer standard and tracked shipping at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your location and order weight.

  • You will be able to choose your preferred shipping method during checkout.


📍 Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK: 2–4 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs, or high volumes.


🌍 International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.

  • Customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.


📫 Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking link to update.

❗ Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery or receipt.

  • For damaged items, please include photos of the item(s) and original packaging.


🏠 Incorrect Shipping Details

  • We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
